Why is device not activating a panic?

Note that the device needs to be connected to a network (single or double rapid green flash every 3 seconds) and it needs a GPS positioning fix (single rapid blue flash every 3 seconds) for it to successfully activate a panic.
- If you press the SOS button when you have no network connection (but you have GPS positioning) the panic will only be created once your device gets a network connection.
- If you you press the SOS button when you have a network connection, however you do not have a GPS positioning fix then the panic will be created with the last known location. It will then only update the panic location once it gets a GPS positioning fix.

Where can I track my device?
The devices can be tracked on the following websites after logging in with your credentials:
     For AA users: AA tracking

For CASI users:  CASI tracking

On these sites you will be able to see your device battery status, last updated time and position (the last time it had a network connection with a GPS positioning fix).

Why is my location inaccurate on the tracking site?

This might be because your device cannot get a GPS positioning fix. When you have a network connection but no GPS positioning fix then your device will update the tracking site with all the device information except its location(x and y coordinates) while the device is moving.

Why has my device last updated the tracking site a few weeks/months ago?
This might be because your device does not have an active network connection (bad reception in your area during this time period) or that your device is flat. If this is not the case then you might need to reach out to our support team.

What is the man-down (fall detection) function?

The man-down function is a feature that can be used to automatically send an emergency signal if the user falls and is unable to press the panic button themselves. To activate the man down function, the device must experience a fall or impact. Due to some daily life activities (like some sports, sitting down on a couch, etc.) the device may detect a fall-down incorrectly thereby creating a false alarm. In these instances you can manually cancel the fall-down by pressing the SOS button during its beeping.

Did you know?
When the device can get a GPS positioning fix, but no network connection then your device will store those GPS positions (as long as you keep on moving) and all of it will be logged on the tracking server as soon as your device gets connected to the network again.
