Why are my device’s LED lights not flashing?
The device is configured in a power-saving mode to maximise its battery life. This means that the GPS chip is only activated by motion (or SOS activation) and therefore it remains in a sleeping mode when there is no movement. Therefore when there is no movement there will be no LED lights flashing.
